The Warehouse Pollution Reduction Act will:
Reduce
Enforceable pollution reduction requirements such as zero-emission trucks, charging infrastructure, and on-site renewable energy
Protect
Mandatory buffers between large warehouses and homes, schools, and healthcare facilities
Meaningful community participation in permitting decisions
Creates transparency
Public registry of warehouse locations, truck activity, and compliance in pollution reduction
Support
Require worker consultation on pollution reduction plans and promote local, high-quality jobs
